Nintynuts to varying degrees to bring dx9 functionality to 3DMigoto, with luck, we will see this bear fruition in time.īUT OF COURSE, WTF are you going on about.ĭirectX 9 support still exists in newer drivers for 3DVision and Geo-11 is un-needed, provided the 3D Vision portion of the driver is installed!! There has been work by DarkStarSword, davegl1234 and Helix never released his code, so there will never be improvements on his wrapper.

In some cases compatibility mode for an earlier Windows version must be enabled. In some cases you need to disable fullscreen optimizations. W10 does not play well with dx9 games/helixmod. One problem with dx9 fixes are that they are made with early versions of helixmod, in some cases only his first wrapper iteration would work They are more prone to work for people using displays supporting SbS or TnB. in d3dx.ini (which is already there because of the 3D Fix install), make sure force stereo is set to 2ĭo not spread misinformation, Geo-11 does indeed work with dx9 fixes, but not all of them. when using a 3D fix, move the following 3 Geo-11 files into the game's same folder which has it's EXE inside: nvapi64.dll, d3dxdm.ini, d3d11.dll in d3dxdm.ini, make sure direct_mode is set to nvidia_dx9 in d3dx.ini, make sure force stereo is set to 2 (it is be default but I always check)

when not using a 3D fix, move the following 4 Geo-11 files into the game's same folder which has it's EXE inside: nvapi64.dll, d3dxdm.ini, d3dx.ini, d3d11.dll. It seems like it's the 3D fixes that are preventing or "breaking" Geo-11. So it doesn't seem like it's Geo-11 nvidia_dx9 output mode that's not working. Every single one works with Geo-11 in nvidia_dx9 output mode when there are no 3D Fixes installed and whenever a 3D fix is installed (for the games that have them), Geo-11 in nvidia_dx9 output mode doesn't work with most games just running in 2D mode (and one or 2 crashing or bugging out).

Some of them have 3D fixes some don't but one thing is consistent.
